Receiving your Order
Hebertsboudin.com ships priority ground or express overnight. We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure someone will be there to accept and care for the package. If shipping to a residential address, leave a note for the carrier. Hebertsboudin.com is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the receiver is not available to receive the order.
We make every effort to assure your package arrives to you in a timely manner, however, we cannot guarantee the arrival of your package. To reduce the possibility of late arrival of your package, especially during the busy holiday season, place your order early. Neither the shipping company nor hebertsboudin.com can accept responsibility for delays due to weather.
We ship using a superior styrofoam cooler with gel packs to ensure that your product arrives in excellent condition. 10lb is the minimum weight requirement on all frozen perishables except on cracklins, beef jerky and other dry Cajun products.
Shipping/ Handling Cost
We charge $15 -$30 handling fee and this does include ice and cooler depending on size of the order. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS their rates depend on the weight and destination of the order.
All perishable food orders are final. Perishable products have no money back guarantees, and we cannot accept returns. If a shipping delay caused by the carrier (excluding weather delays) causes the product to spoil, you may receive a replacement or refund including all shipping charges incurred.
